One Life Yoga presents A Sacred Tea Ceremony and Sound Journey. Join Herbalist, Melissa Keller, and Sound Healer, Gustavo Galindo, for a special ceremony that will relax the body, ease the mind and open the spirit. We'll begin the evening with a sacred plant medicine journey, connecting with Nature's wonders and exploring ceremony through the art of tea. After we drop into presence with each other, we'll move into a soundbath led by Gustavo. About our Facilitators: Melissa Keller has been holding ceremony with Earths plants since she was a child. Now through her journey in folk herbalism she holds sacred space in ceremony for those who would like to be in relationship with the magic and wisdom of our plant allies. Her tea ceremonies are a guided way to receive the wisdom of sacred plants, to build deeper connection, and discover ways these plants may want to support us, or how we may be supportive, and to play in Earths treasures. Gustavo Galindo is a professional songwriter who through different ceremonies discovered the power of healing through vibration and frequency. His sound baths are unique and deeply relaxing as he combines his multi instrumental abilities with original ambient music and sounds of the natural world. Check-in: Check-in will start 20 minutes before the event. We will have ample parking in our back lot, located off of Washington St. (next to Lavender and Honey) Please bring your own yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and anything you'll need to feel comfortable during the soundbath.
