Description

Come join YogaSix West U and Restore Hyper Wellness West U for free Yoga and Cryotherapy! All participants will be able to flow with a free one hour outdoor yoga class, followed by free Cryotherapy provided by Restore Hyper wellness. The event will be held in the Restore parking lot. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle! This is free to all participants. Please reserve through eventbrite as spaces are limited.
