Watch Team USA athletes compete in the Tokyo Paralympic Triathlon events on August 27-28
Dare2tri, a Chicago-based non-profit specializing in adaptive sports, is hosting a Paralympic Triathlon Watch Party at Root's Pizza - South Loop. The watch party will be held on the Root's outdoor rooftop.
Join in as Dare2tri athletes go for gold in events on both August 27 and August 28. Competing athletes include Melissa Stockwell, Hailey Danz, Kendall Gretsch, and Grace Norman, among many other USA athletes.
Pizza and appetizers will be provided by Dare2tri.
If you plan on joing us both days, please register for each day invididually.
Since 2011, the Dare2tri Paratriathlon Club serves youth, adults and injured service members who have a physical disability such as amputation, spinal cord injury, stroke, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy as well as those with visual impairments or blindness. We serve athletes of all ability levels from beginner to elite.
Athletes can compete in all three disciplines or be part of a relay team participating in either the swim, bike or run. Our club is committed to providing the adaptive equipment, training opportunities, qualified coaching, and support for athletes through access to trained handlers and guides.
