Connect with the subconscious, to receive profound learning, healing and growth as quartz crystal singing bowls are played. Unplug. Relax. When quartz crystal singing bowls are played, vibration and sound waves penetrate the physical body and bring it back into alignment. During a sound bath you will reach a state called Theta. This is a place between wakefulness and sleep where we connect with the subconscious, and are capable of deep and profound learning, healing and growth. You will also be able to release energy blockages in the mental, physical, and emotional bodies allowing you to activate your own self healing abilities. Unplug, relax and connect with your higher self. Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up your place on the floor. Event starts promptly at 7:30. Please allow enough time to get to Kuna.
