If you're the parent of a teen who needs something productive to do, while helping others: residential gardener here, looking to hire one teenager this summer who would like to make some money while *learning* small engine repairs, garden fundamentals. *Learn* is the operative word. Some basics: - Repair carbureted equipment, ie, mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc. - Watering - Raking, clearing debris - Basic pruning - Carrying mulch, soil, rocks, etc. - Some mowing - Mulching, grading, planting, transplanting, etc. If they are not driving, you will need to transport them or they should take the bus (in the city). Pay is $10hr. If driving: $15hr. 10-20hrs per week (weather is a factor). After a few months, you can have your own clients and do your own thing. I will help you at every step.
