This is After-School enrichment for TKG students and their friends. Monday through Friday 1-3pm. After-school time will be a hybrid of student directed and teacher led learning. There will be academic support and social-emotional play. After-care meets outdoors at the TKG annex. This Session begins on September 9 through December 17 for 14 weeks. You can chose a combination of days upon check-out. THE KNOWING GARDEN is a community Elementary school in the South Bay. Located at Temple Menorah in Redondo Beach, our school recognizes humans as natural learners and respects students' rights to collaboration, choice and play. We believe that a project-rich curriculum facilitated by hands-on learning and real-life experiences will prepare our students to be critical thinkers who become lifelong learners and active contributors to the global community. With credentialed teachers, parent participation and low-ratios, our learning plans emerge in partnership with students and families.
