Hours + Availability: Starting at (9) hours a week; Must have open availability Friday-Sunday Shifts: Monday & Thursday: 3 hour executions between 12pm-8pm (varies week to week) Friday: 3 hour executions between 4pm-8pm (weekly) Saturday: 3 hour executions between 12pm-8pm (weekly) Sunday: 3 hour executions between 12pm-8pm (weekly) Location: Palm Desert & Surrounding Areas Experience: Cannabis and sales experience preferred. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Relevant Brand Ambassador Experience Passion and knowledge of Cannabis - REQUIRED Someone that has FLEXIBILITY, ADAPTABILITY, is EASY-GOING, and NICE Understanding of the role and responsibilities Commitment to following thru on the job RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Be a product & brand expert, passionate about sharing info on cannabis & its benefits Drive brand awareness via 1-on-1 conversation with consumers Build & activate relationships with key opinion leaders (retail, culture, and more) Increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty, ultimately driving in-store sales. Engage with consumers at retailers to enable their informed buying decisions and grow brand loyalty through a positive personal human experience Visit dispensaries, collectives, and other events as required, educating consumers and budtenders on Fly Beverage products portfolio Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and report progress and feedback to Account Manager JOB REQUIREMENT AND EXPERIENCE: Must have a valid Driver's License, personal vehicle, and clean driving record Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinker You have a strong passion for cannabis Professional demeanor and excellent oral communication skills, a social chameleon Entrepreneurial and adaptable to changing environments Ability to learn and use new technology that is associated with the job Self-motivated with a can-do attitude Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Candidate must reside in or near the territory Sales experience and/or knowledge of the Cannabis and CPG industry is a PLUS! ****PLEASE EMAIL: UPDATED CANNABIS RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED****
