Description

An 8 week fitness class for women ages 50+. This class will focus on increasing flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance. This class will begin very light and progress into an intermediate fitness level. The exercises will be to promote overall functionality of the total body. Equipment such as resistance bands, medicine balls, kettle bells, aerobic steps, agility ropes and cones will be used in addition to your own yoga or exercise mat that you must bring with you. Also, you must bring a towel and at least 32 oz of water or sports drink with you.
