Long haired brunette on the Downtown Mall who kept looking at me

I was walking along the Charlottesville downtown mall at around 6:30pm or so on Thursday, August 26th when I noticed you sitting on the ground at the corner of this new boutique CBD dispensary they have on the mall, Skooma I believe it's called. I'm not sure if it's a pop up shop or what, but it's on the corner right next to Rapture. (At least I believe you were next to Skooma. If you weren't there then you would've been by the Red Pump Kitchen one block up the mall, but I'm pretty sure you were next to Skooma if my memory is serving me correctly). Anyway, you were staring at me with this sly grin on your face as I was walking by and I would have stopped to see what was up, except I was with a couple friends at the time and it would have been weird to stop and talk with some random stranger while we were all on our way to go get pizza. Anyway, just for reference, I'm a medium height white guy with curly brownish blond hair, and I was wearing a sleeveless grey shirt with sandals and grey cargo shorts out on the mall, and I was walking with a long haired white guy and a black guy wearing a cap, both of whom were about my height as well. We all probably would have looked like we were in our early twenties, give or take a few years. Anyway, I turned around to look at you at least three times and you had your gaze fixed on me every time, which left me somewhat weirded out (which is probably why I gave you a weird look!) but I was also admittedly flattered and even a little excited in fact that someone had taken such an interest in me, and I would have liked to have found you again later in order to introduce myself properly. So anyway, feel free to hit me up if you believe you're the one I'm referring to in this message! I'm not usually the kind of person to post on Craigslist Missed Connections, and if you aren't either, then this message might just float on out into the ether, never to be received, but I figured it was worth a shot nonetheless. You certainly got my attention with the way you were looking at me and I just wanted to know if it ultimately meant anything.
