Everything is focused on healing and getting in touch with your true Goddess self. It's ran by Cass & Shelby, two best friends who were entering the world of facilitating healing, then saw a need for true connection. So they built safe spaces for women to feel heard and experience real healing modalities. Shelby is a reiki practioner, life coach and Goddess coach and handles the intuitive side of things while Cass is a trauma informed yoga teacher & energy worker who focuses on somatics and embodiment. Gina runs The Sound Bath Haven which you may have heard of! She's a reiki master teacher, breathwork facilitator and much more! She runs events all over the So-Cal area. She specializes in Manifestation Soundbath Meditation using 432 hz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other healing instruments to help you destress, rejuvenate, relax, and deeply meditate. The sounds and vibrations used help activate the nervous system, allowing to reduce stress, improve sleep, improve focus and unblock energy. Rebecca Serpas is a local astrologist who just started collaborating with ELE for their signature moon circles every month! She brings an in depth astrology summary report to each circle to help us drop into the energy of the moon even deeper.
