Change Agents THE EVENT hosted by Coach @abs.by.anna 💥Catalyst Family!⁠ 💥The time has come.⁠ ⁠💥We will be hosting our FIRST official Change Agent event September 18th from 8:30am-10:00am THE EVENT!⁠ ⁠💥Once per month, one of our Change Agents will be hosting a TICKETED branded event based on their training style in the fitness community in place of 'The Event'. ⁠ 💥⁠50% of the ticket proceeds will be going to a charity of the Change Agents Choice. ⁠ 💥⁠On September 18th, coach @abs.by.anna will be kicking off the Change Agent series with a dynamic HIIT workout with a strong focus on CORE! The proceeds will be going to a charity near and dear to her heart, @SeaIslandHabitat. This mission for this company is to build simple, safe and decent home for families in need of a HAND UP not a hand out 💙⁠
