Position Summary: Landscape Crew Members assist our Landscape Crew Leaders in completing landscape jobs for our clients. No day is the same as a landscape crew member. Delaney’s often has multiple landscape jobs being completed at the same time. Work includes planting trees and shrubs, irrigation installation, laying sod, installing edging, weeding, pruning, mowing, and more. Our work can be physically demanding, mentally challenging, changing with the seasons, and interesting to those who enjoy working outside and with people. A flexible work schedule (some weekends, holidays, and weekdays) is required, along with regular attendance. Overtime may be required during our peak season. Responsibilities: · Assisting Landscape Construction Crew Leader · Listening and following the direction of Landscape Crew Leader · Completing assigned tasks Requirements: · Able to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day · Able to work for long periods on your feet · Willingness to learn · Exemplary customer service skills · Ability to use hand tools and power equipment · Ability to work in all environmental conditions · Valid Montana Driver’s License · Willing to have a background check and pass a drug test · High school diploma preferred · Landscaping experience preferred Application Instructions: Apply with a completed job application from our website or pick one up from our store.
