Under general supervision looking for a groundskeeper/maintenance with experience in apartment complex building of 41-72 units. The perfect candidate for this position is responsible, reliable, takes initiative and is a team player is able to communicate well with manager and maintenance supervisor. Essential duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Cleans grounds and removes litter. Keeps pool area clean and free from debris. Empties all trash cans and straightens pool furniture on daily basis. Cleans pool furniture as needed. Reports any items in need of repair to the manager/maintenance supervisor. Ensures all dumpster areas are clean and free of debris and trash. Maintains a neat and clean appearance in all apartment breezeway areas and mailbox areas. Monitors the cleanliness of all fountains and cleans them when needed. Follows training instructions. Wears personal protective equipment required for the job. Maintaining lobby, laundry and stairs clean by sweeping and mopping daily.
