Are you looking for a flexible schedule and a new opportunity? We’re seeking full-time and part-time/casual Traffic Control Flaggers on an as-needed basis. Part-time/casual employees work a schedule reflective of availability established at the time of hire. This schedule will be dependent on customer needs and may fluctuate week to week. Part-time employees will work anywhere from 1-3 full days per week with potential half days depending on availability, customer need and weather. Flagging is an excellent opportunity to gain construction related experience while earning a competitive wage. We’re willing to train those driven to work hard with a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic! Traffic Control Flaggers control traffic for various crews by providing a safe work environment. What does a Traffic Control Flagger Do? Set up safe work zones per MUTCD guidelines Communicate with your partner to keep everyone safe Control traffic flow with stop/slow paddles Provide outstanding service and protection to customers What is required? Current valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history. The ability to stand for long periods of time in the elements. The ability to pay close attention to oncoming traffic and surroundings is an absolute must. You must be able to follow instructions closely. No previous flagging experience is necessary but is welcome! Primoris Electric, Inc.
