Found small brown and black FEMALE, possible a Chihuahua on Melvina. Spotted at 7AM on Melvina, caught at 4:30PM on Melvina by Steinmentz Highschool. NO microchip or Collar found. Please call Carina at with PROOF if this is your dog. Thank you!
