Looking for Artists, Healers, Investors to Create Affordable Cohousing

I recently purchased a.5 acre property next door to my two businesses in downtown Cotati. The property is zoned for mixed use commercial and residential. I'm hoping to create an affordable cohousing community that would allow artists, healers, and other self-employed people, to own their own homes and work in the adjacent commercial spaces. I've teamed up with an architect and three other households to create a conceptual plan with 10 townhomes (mostly 500-1000 square feet) and four small commercial spaces (500 square feet) along with a community common house. The City of Cotati planning department is enthusiastic about what we have designed. We are looking for additional interested households and investors to get involved so that we can take it to next step of creating detailed drawings for formal approval. It will probably take 3-5 years if we need to apply for affordable housing grants or 2 years if we build it with private investment. Contact me for more details.
