Bob Marley theme Paint-N-Sip FUNdraiser. Early birds get $5 off! Join Zenzele Consignment Saturday night on the 11th of September @ 7pm for our Paint N' Sip social fundraiser outside our shop (2205-F University Dr NW) as we paint they inspirational Bob Marley. The event will be hosted & instructed by celebrated Huntsville based visual artist & musician Bert Corbin! Enjoy an evening of reggae music & a hands-on art class. No experience required! $30 for early registration. Must register in advance. Supplies including paints, canvas, and brushes are included. Then the work of art is yours to keep! All you have to bring is your favorite bottle of wine (or other beverage) & willingness to support the critical African-led community based economic, educational, agricultural, and healthcare programs of the All African People's Development & Empowerment Project (AAPDEP)! Zenzele Consignment is the primary economic development initiative of the All African People’s Development & Empowerment Project (AAPDEP) which sustains AAPDEP's critical programs that build dual and contending power for African communities wherever we are located, all over the world. Zenzele Consignment serves as AAPDEP’s National Headquarters where the community, our donors and supporters can come and see the work that we do everyday which contributes to the overall mission of AAPDEP. We hope that with this new insight into our work we can build AAPDEP’s membership base, donors and supporters for the overall mission and vision of the organization. We need more volunteers than ever; one of our goals is to use this institution to build volunteer and intership programs that will help to bring the community into the work of AAPDEP around economic self-reliance and political self-determination. Our store is designed to cater to the new generation of forward thinkers, consumers who believe in a sustainable world and those who are on the cutting edge of new trends and styles.
