This perfect for someone who has reliable transportation and wants to make extra money while they pursue other job opportunities. I need to have someone spend 2-4 hours every day 5 days a week driving around residential neighborhoods. Let me say that again to make sure you understand what I am looking for so you don't waste my time or yours. You will be expected to be driving at least 2 hours daily to as many as 4 hours daily everyday at least 5 days per week. If you would like to drive more days or more hours than the 2-4 hours, we can discuss it after you have a week under your belt. The time you choose to drive is up to you, but it needs to be during daylight hours because taking pictures is part of the gig. You will simply driving around the neighborhoods I ask you to drive in and you will have a map showing exactly where to drive. I have included a bunch of pics of some of the more obvious homes that fit within my interest range. Oh, by the way, I will pay for your gas for your car or motorcycle or skateboard, or whatever your transportation is. The way this will work is that you will have a mobile application on your phone that does several things. First, it has a dynamic map that shows the neighborhood you are in, the street you are driving on and also the addresses of the houses you are passing. Once you see a home that I have asked you to identify you will simply take a picture of it, tap the corresponding address shown in the app and save it and you are off. The whole process takes maybe a minute. The homes that you will be looking for are ones that are in need of repair, maybe they have a blue tarp on the roof, maybe the windows have storm shutters on them or are broken, maybe the grass is really overgrow. Sometimes there may be abandon cars, or boats, or trailers or ???? What you are looking for are people who are not properly keeping their property up. If you are working with me what we will do is hop in my car and I will show you exactly what type of homes I am looking for. To give you an idea of how many houses are out there, over the last week I have been driving neighborhoods myself. The software tracks everything, so I drove just over 4 ½ hours and found 94 homes that I added to the software, so there are bunch of these types of properties, all you have to do is drive up and down streets slowing and LOOK. FYI I am a real estate investor and the best way to find properties that other investors don’t know about is driving around and looking for signs of financial problems. And that is where you come in. The amount that I will be paying is between $10-15 per hour plus your gas.
