We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic and a proven track record of consistent attendance for a shipyard position. We are looking for someone who is good at working with their hands and who is interested in learning more about the shipyard trades. This position would be good for any one with handy man or plumbing experience. The following and more will be expected from our candidates... Clean Background check Pass pre-employment drug test Have your own reliable transportation Willing to work Overtime and weekends Responsibilities and Duties Will be performing general laborer work to support crews in shipyards. May be asked to use mechanical tools--needle gun, drills, blast unit, water blast, normal construction hand tools, grinders. May work in confined spaces. Qualifications and Skills Must be 18 years or older Must be willing to work on/around ships Must have a year or more of heavy industrial experience PPE, steel toed BOOTS $16.69/hr 12 hours a day, 7 days a week
