Construction Supervisor: We are growing fast and need reliable, experienced and dedicated workers to help build residential and commercial projects. - Must have own Vehicle or preferably a truck or van - Must have Basic Tools (toolbelt, gloves, steel-toed boots/shoes, hammer, tape measure, etc.), and be open to all - types of work in construction. - Candidates are encouraged to also have contractor's/table saw, chop saw, reciprocating saw, drills, drivers, compressor at a minimum - Pay will depend on experience. - 5+ years’ of carpentry or construction experience - Must have a commitment to quality workmanship and pride in work done - Must have excellent out of the box problem solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Excellent problem analysis, diagnostic, and solution skills - Self-motivated and a can-do attitude - Time management skills - Ability to deliver and produce projects within approved time schedules and budgets - Organized and detail oriented - General residential remodeling, Experience in dealing with all phases of remodeling, restoration and TI work - Basic framing, Finish carpentry - Demolition - Flooring installation - Job site cleanliness and safety - Can read blueprints - Proficient in using hand and power tools - Self-motivated - problem solver - Reliable transportation required - Hand and power tools a must - Dry rot repair, Window and door installation, Siding and flashing - Cabinets and millwork installation - Framing - Able to perform physical tasks including but not limited to carrying, lifting, climbing, stooping, squatting, pushing, and hauling.
