Long established Real Estate Development company looking to grow our team. ABILITY TO OPERATE EQUIPMENT AND LEAD A TEAM IS REQUIRED!!! EXPERIENCE WITH UNDERGROUND UTILITIES IS REQUIRED! REQUIREMENTS: - Experience is NECESSARY! This will be verified by reference checks and work quality. - Specific skills required: Operation of skid steer, operation of excavator, downspouts and side sewers. Other skills will be considered if the first four skills are met. - Valid Drivers License - Insurable - Reliable transportation, vehicle must be licensed and insured per all applicable laws. If you have to drive between job sites, mileage will be paid when applicable. - Must be able to work full time consistently. - Ability and readiness to start right away, if you need to give notice to another company we can discuss at the interview.
