Join me as we combine Yoga, Pilates, dance, and strength in this low impact Barre workout. We will focus on building strength, toning the body, and increasing balance and flexibility. New to Barre? No worries! This is an all levels class. Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle and a set of 2 to 3lb weights if you have them.
