ANDOVER, MA — A tractor-trailer rolled over on the Dascomb Road onramp to Interstate 93 northbound in Andover Thursday afternoon, state police said. I-93 was backed up for miles from the Dascomb Road on-ramp, but was mostly clear as of 6 p.m. There were no injuries reported, state police said. The ramp was closed to remove the tractor-trailer.
