Are You a carpenter with excellent references, agile, fit and strong who can climb the roof for dry rot repair of several support beams, remove the bad wood, replace with treated wood, and paint to match the existing areas?
We have six identified places plus some fence repair and you may find additional. Require at least 3 references for your work with contact cell numbers for your references and photos of your work. We will call to verify that your prior work was outstanding.
Seek master carpenter who has your own vehicle and tools (we have a tall ladder) is self-directed, non-drug user, non-smoker, non-drinker, honest, reliable, with a strong work ethic, who takes pride in your work, cleans up after yourself, is on time, and is an outstanding carpenter. If this is not you, please do not apply.
If this is you, preference is to begin work Saturday this weekend and complete asap.
