Full-time Maintenance position available for an apartment community, that is an Affordable Housing Community. Must be self-motivated and a team player. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general maintenance, unit turnovers, janitorial duties. Must have transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Experience preferred.
