Landscape Installation Project Manager Lead Technician Ambiance Garden Design Custom Award winning Design & Build Landscaping Company servicing the greater Charlotte area with concentration in Myers Park, Dillworth, Foxcroft, Elizabeth, Eastover, and Cotswald Charlotte NC Full Time Compensation: $14- $18 hour or commensurate with experience Company Issued Vehicle - Ford F150 ***WE DO NOT MANAGE TURF, NO MOWING, NO BLOWING Full time, non-exempt, year-round position with paid holidays and PTO Compensation: starts at $14.00-18.00/hour depending on experience and excellent references Company Vehicle - 2021 Ford F150 Benefits: Comprehensive medical/dental/vision and employer retirement match The Installation Project Manager Lead Technician performs a wide variety of duties to lead our custom designed landscapes through the installation phase. The primary focus of this position is to assist the Company with installation and project management of landscapes, and hard surfaces. The work is dynamic with constant adjustment to respond to the needs of the grounds, the community, and the weather. The entire Facilities Team participates in the activities that make the Charlotte NC a vibrant community. • You have extensive knowledge of landscaping practices and procedures • You have extensive knowledge of irrigation systems installation, repair, and scheduling • You have experience in using and troubleshooting problems with power tools, landscape equipment, and vehicles • You are adept at leading a team of trained and untrained people • You like to help people develop skills in landscape maintenance • You plan work carefully and give clear directions • You have current knowledge of and practice the industry and OSHA safety standards • You are able to communicate and develop understanding with others who are different • You are reliable, punctual, and have good time management skills • You present professional and courteous behavior and a neat appearance • You can read and communicate in English • Five years’ experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or equivalent field, including one to three years leading a work crew • Coursework in horticulture or landscape maintenance preferred • Valid North Carolina Driver License and have safe driving record No smoking, chewing, vaping or use of drugs or alcohol during M-F work days. • Bilingual capabilities a plus
