Piece of Art lost

About 9-10 Years ago my girlfriend’s mother sold a piece of art that her father made. This devastated her daughter. I am hoping to find it and surprise her with it before the holidays so that she can be reunited with this relic of her now deceased grandfather. The only details I can provide are that the color scheme is Grey, White, and the buoy is orange. there is also a seagull in the painting and it is signed “R.W Darragh”. Attached below is a photo of the first draft.  it would’ve been sold in the Shorefront area! I hope someone here can help me find it, or at least push me in the right direction.
