PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Six Maryland Lottery players won major prizes last week in Prince George's County. One victor took home nearly $31,000 in Capitol Heights. The other five scored at least $10,000 each.
The Racetrax winnings, which were both unclaimed as of Monday, included:
A $30,734 ticket bought Saturday from the Best One Food Market at 6306 Addison Road in Capitol Heights An $11,257 ticket bought Sunday from the Hyattsville Convenience Store at 2230 University Boulevard East in Hyattsville The $10,000 scratch-off prizes came from a:
$10,000 Extreme Green bought from the Kenilworth Liquors at 5401 Kenilworth Avenue in Riverdale ParkDeluxe Crossword sixth edition bought from the Coventry Way Exxon at 6441 Coventry Way in ClintonLucky 777 bought from the S&W Liquors at 7070 Allentown Road in Temple HillsWILLY WONKA GOLDEN TICKET bought from the Greenway Liquors at 7533 Greenbelt Road in Greenbelt These scratch-off winners claimed their prizes between Aug. 16 and Sunday. That week, 24 victors across Maryland won or claimed prizes of $10,000 or more. The lottery paid about $36.4 million during those seven days.
One player won $100,000 on a Powerball ticket sold in Silver Spring. That prize was claimed last week. Information on how to claim a prize is posted here.
