HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Firefighters from Harford and Baltimore counties are battling a two-alarm house fire in Jarrettsville Thursday morning, according to officials. A heavy column of black smoke was visible from a distance when crews arrived in the 3600 block of Anderson Lane after 10 a.m. Thursday, the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association reported. Fire was showing from the first and second floors of the residence, officials reported at 10:25 a.m. Crews from Baltimore County were responding to the house fire, which was at two alarms, and transferring to enable other crews to cover the incident, the Baltimore County Volunteer Volunteer Firefighter's Association reported after 11:30 a.m. This is breaking news and will be updated.
