Lead Guitarist Wanted for Original Rock Band

We are two 40-year-old guys, primarily a drummer and a bassist, who have been writing, recording, and practicing about once-a-week for the past two years. We are looking for a lead guitarist to join the band who is interested in: practicing as a group about once-per-week, writing/composing, recording, and eventually performing live. The music we have written thus far has been instrumental and would fall into the rock subgenres: progressive, metal, classic, hard, and alternative. We both also play guitar too. We have been practicing in either Emmaus or Cetronia usually for 2-3 hours per week (we both have a wife and children). The ideal person would be: between the ages of 30-50, have good gear [(amp(s) & guitar(s)], able to come up with original ideas with ease, and able to read music and or tab.
