Description
Want to meditate? It's easier than you think! Energetic Meditation uses images and sensations to assist with concentration. The experience takes about 20 minutes and is easy to learn. A 6 week 90 minute class starts on August 30, 2021, at 6:30 PM at the Southside Clubhouse, 2051 6th Street,Sacramento, CA 95814. There is a $5.00 Registration fee for the 6 week class.
