BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Even as the calendar creeps toward fall, the temperatures are here to remind you that summer is still upon us. But there are perks to that, and these weekend events will serve to cool you off with a nice beverage, or let you enjoy some entertainment on a summer Sunday afternoon. Here are five things to do this weekend in Bergen County: Music at the Barn A free music concert featuring Dean Shot & and special guest, legendary saxophonist, Houston Person. Where: Wortendyke Barn Museum, 13 Pascack Rd., Park Ridge. When: Sunday, 4 to 6:30 p.m. Mahwah Food Truck Festival Food trucks will invade Mahwah for the third annual township festival, with a long list of culinary heavy hitters coming to the area, including "Cupcake Wars" winner House of Cupcakes. Where: Municipal Building rear parking lot, 475 Corporate Dr., Mahwah. When: Sunday, 12 to 7 p.m. "Aladdin" at Van Saun County Park Bergen County has been hosting movies and concerts as part of a summer series throughout the season, and this screening of "Aladdin" in Paramus is the last at Van Suan County Park. Where: Van Saun County Park, 216 Forest Ave., Paramus. When: Friday, approximately 8:30 p.m. Shakespeare in the Park The County of Bergen has also collaborated with Black Box PAC to bring Shakespeare in the Park to the Overpeck County Park Amphitheatre. Performances of "Hamlet" and "As You Like It" will run from July 23 to Aug. 29. "As You Like It" will be performed on Friday and Sunday this week, with "Hamlet" scheduled for Saturday. Where: Overpeck Park Amphitheater, 111 Challenger Rd., Ridgefield Park. When: Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 8 p.m. Eats N' Beats in Franklin Lakes The first annual Eats N' Beats community event is scheduled for this weekend in Franklin Lakes, and features music and food trucks throughout the day. Where: Veterans Plaza at corner of Pulis Avenue and Franklin Avenue, Franklin Lakes.
