Looking for motivated, hard-working employees with humility and a desire to learn. Skills and experience are desired, but not essential. Responsibilities: Work 40 hours/week at various job sites throughout the Denver metro area. Mostly Denver, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Golden. Build high-quality landscape elements as instructed: - Hardscapes, retaining walls, etc - Install plants, sod, irrigation, mulch, aggregate, etc - Manage grade and drainage Positive interaction with crew members, team leaders, neighbors and clients. Safely operate hand tools and heavy machinery as instructed. Qualifications: Strong work ethic, positive attitude and a low-maintenance personality. An emphasis on your safety and the safety of your team. The ability to lift and carry 80 pounds a short distance. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes. Must have reliable transportation and show up on time. The ability to perform sometimes strenuous tasks in an unpredictable climate.
