JOB SUMMARY Villa Marin is currently looking for a Full-Time Administrative Office Clerk to perform a wide variety of office related duties in the Administration and Human Resources offices. The right candidate must have at least one year of office experience in a fast-paced office environment. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but is not required. SCHEDULE: Full-Time, 40 hours per weekMonday – Friday: Day shiftKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Posting job openings and Employee Notices, places recruitment ads, reviews resumes and makes copies of qualified individual resumes to hiring managersMaintains agency telephone lists.Coordinates agendas and information for Board of Directors meetings, attends Board meetings, transcribes Board monthly meeting minutes, types correspondence for Board members.Maintaining employee files and records.Office filing, correspondence and general office duties.Assist resident committees with photo-copying and required notices and documentsFacilitates the Annual Board of Directors election each year.Ability to handle confidential information discreetly at all times.Knowledge of modern office equipment and proceduresPatience & understanding of the elderly required.Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Applicants must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must meet health assessment requirements as regulated by the California Department of Social Services. TB testing and fingerprint clearance required by Community Care Licensing through the State of California Department of Justice background check bureau.
