By John Gibson, WNIN Aug. 26, 2021 Evansville Police have arrested a woman accused in a fatal hit-and-run. The EPD says officers arrested 25-year-old Kelsey Ritter. In a release, police said Ritter is suspected of hitting 63-year-old John Knight with her vehicle in the 1000 block of N. Fulton Ave. in the early morning hours of August 8th. An ambulance took Knight to a hospital where he later died. The driver of the vehicle that hit Knight fled the scene.
