Description

Press release from the City of Creve Coeur: August 25, 2021 The City of Creve Coeur encourages residents to respond to the triennial resident survey that will be mailed to randomly selected households in Creve Coeur this fall. The survey addresses both opportunities and challenges facing the community, and residents' responses to the survey will help guide elected officials in setting priorities and making service improvements over the next three years.  The City has contracted with ETC Institute, who will compile and analyze the survey responses. Once the analysis is complete, the results of the survey will be presented to the City Council and public in November, as well as posted on the City of Creve Coeur website. The survey results will guide the City Council during the development of the City's Strategic Plan in 2022, a document that provides focus to municipal operations during the next three years, including specific goals tied to priorities such as financial stability and improved city services. Previous survey reports are available online. If you have any questions, please contact Melissa Orscheln, Public Information Officer and Management Analyst, at [email protected] or (314) 442-2081.
