We will always strive to help ease our clients’ burden with the utmost in quality insurance and construction expertise. Phoenix delivers the best storm restoration training program in the state, developing fully capable, proficient representatives within 3-5 days. Individuals we hire receive training on basic construction knowledge in order to assist homeowners through their claims. Prior experience is not necessary. Compensation & Benefits: $2,000 draw per training month pay plus commission (average $45,000 to $145,000 per year) Commissions paid on all completed claims Qualifications: Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers Must be willing to learn drone technology. Must be able to climb a ladder and walk on a roof Must have reliable transportation Independent nature, self -discipline and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule) Able to work in a team environment Sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections Responsibilities & Duties of the Position: Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage Responsible for generating sales leads by canvassing target neighborhoods Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process Top sales associates will become licensed to fly drones.
