Harvest Assistant We are a technologically advanced hydroponic vertical farm that is rapidly growing day-over-day. We are looking for a harvest assistant to join our team that is a self-starter, problem solver, hard worker, conceptual thinker, good with power tools and that can keep up with the pace of a growing company. We grow microgreens for high-end restaurants that expect only top quality. Hours (20 total): M,Th 10-6 Sat 10-2 Tasks: • Lay out seeds • Dosing reservoir with nutrients • Reservoir flush • Cleaning trays • Bring to light (moving plants from germinator to greenhouse) • Weighing microgreens and putting in packaging • Inspecting for bad product • Label packaging with nutrition information, sample stickers (if necessary), date, and client stickers • Gathering clamshells by client and checking against invoices • Packing client bags • Packing sample bags • Icing bags • Loading delivery vehicle You: • Detail oriented • Self-starter • Has car • Good with tools • Construction skills • Computer literate • Ideally has familiarity with google docs • Solution finder • Conceptual thinker • Punctual • Consistent • Good under pressure Pay: $15/hour to start, with quick potential for much more based on performance and growth of the company. Plus, a lot of free healthy microgreens.
