Do you think you have the skills to join the Bay Area's leading transportation company?  Black Tie Transportation is seeking a new member to join our Dispatch Team at our San Francisco Bay Area Headquarters.Black Tie provides private door-to-door Chauffeured transportation, charters and corporate shuttles to the Bay Area, San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose and Worldwide. We’ve built our outstanding reputation on providing top quality service to discerning clients and Fortune 100 companies worldwide.We are looking for a Dispatcher who will schedule and communicate with our Chauffeurs while delivering complete client satisfaction on every call. This is a shift-based position in a 24/7 facility.Duties And Responsibilities• Assign and monitor drivers throughout routes• Coordinate and prioritize high volume calls• Schedule and dispatch Chauffeurs and vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications or needs• Maintain data entry for all dispatched jobs and incoming calls• Monitor traffic flow and make logistical coverage decisions as needed• Deliver complete customer satisfaction experiences on every call• Ensure that all tasks comply with administrative policies and procedures• Provide ongoing support to Management, Sales, Events and other assignments as neededSkills Required And Physical Demands• 1+ years’ of professional experience working in one or more of the following capacities: dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality• 24 hour shift availability including weekends and holidays preferred• Proven ability to identify trends, develop strategies, and implement solutions to drive long term results• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS)• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, build and own a project• Extremely detail-oriented and spectacular organization skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)• Excellent written and oral communication with interpersonal skills• Exude a professional and energetic demeanor while performing effectively in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:• Above industry standard compensation• Paid Vacation• Medical, Dental, Vision & 401k matchingEducation:• High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)Full Time Positions Available, $50,000 - $68,000Above average compensation packages with full benefits, paid holidays, including 401k matching.Most importantly, this is a fun but professional environment with colleagues who are passionate about blowing our clients away!Customer service experts are welcome!Apply Today!
