BEVERLY HILLS, CA — An overturned vehicle on the Northbound San Diego (405) Freeway at Moraga Drive blocked the carpool lane Thursday afternoon. Police responded to an overturned vehicle at 2:47 p.m. Thursday. The closure lasted approximately 45 minutes, according to the California Highway Patrol.
