Found Flexi Brand Retractable Dog Leash

"C" Street near E. 64th Avenue, Anchorage AK

Found black Flexi brand retractable dog leash on bike path on east side of "C" Street near intersection with E. 64th Avenue about 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, 8/26/21. I left it hanging on the crosswalk sign at the northeast corner of that intersection.
