I'm a 46 year-old male serial entrepreneur in Los Angeles looking for a replacement for my current personal assistant, who will be available to train the new candidate. She has been with me for almost 3 years, but has decided to move back to her home town, and we are actively looking to find someone to fill her shoes. This is a full-time position with full medical, dental and vision benefits, and is primarily to help with my personal / home life. You will interface with my executive assistant at work, but nothing about the job is related to my businesses, only my personal / social life. Ideally, you're bright, articulate and extremely personable, with a fantastic can-do attitude who can manage my home, errands, housekeeping, pets, travel, social events and activities. Please note the job is full time, comes with health, vision, dental and retirement benefits. While the job is full-time (you'll be working 40+ hours a week,) it has a flexible work schedule and lots of perks that make it ideal for someone who wants financial stability and security, but still wants some flexibility in their day. What you will do: - Run personal errands (gifts, dry-cleaning, setting up personal dinners, etc) - Daily General Housekeeping (restocking groceries, making the bed, dusting, watering plants, etc.) - Grocery shopping, household management - Manage household staff (housekeepers, handymen, etc.) - Plan vacations, and other personal travel - House-sitting - Some light cooking - Dog-Sitting / walking three micro-mini, lovable Goldendoodles (MUST LOVE DOGS) - Hosting/organizing personal events - Travel will be occasionally required, usually for 2-6 days at a time, including international locations. Requirements - : - Live within a 3 mile (15 minute) radius of Century City/Beverly Hills - this is critical. If you don't, you need to be willing to move. - Have a reliable car, and a clean driving record - Be extremely organized, proactive, and self-sufficient - Be willing to work late hours, and weekends. While you will have plenty of time for personal errands and "life", you will still be working most of the week. (There is a second personal assistant who provides relief for 2 days of the week, so you can take some time off every week.) - Be on-call and accessible 24/7. Pay starts at $75,000 per year plus health, vision and dental benefits. Bonuses are common.
