Being on a weekend-only work team is an option. If you'd like to have weekends free, we would ask that you be available two days during the week to work. 8 hour shifts and 10 hour shifts are available. We are searching for people to join our team, and also to lead it! SPRING/SUMMER/FALL: This season is heavily focused on weekly lawn care clients, including mowing services, fertilization, weed control, aeration, and hedge trimming. This is our busiest time of year, and also the segment of the year where you can make the most money. It is possible for a Lawn Care Specialist to make $30,000 - $40,000 (OR MORE) between the months of May and October with our company. WINTER WORK: We are expanding our snow removal services for the 2021–2022 season, and we will offer year-round employment options. We need highly reliable people, willing to work hard, and make great money for that work! If you sign on to do snow removal services, you may be granted a minimum monthly base pay, which you would receive **no matter how much it snows**. We are a small company with a big plan, focused on small to midsize residential lawn care and landscaping and services as well as lawn services for small/independent commercial properties. Residential lawn care means fresh scenery for our teams to work each day/week. You'll enjoy the variety of different kinds of projects including landscape maintenance, mulch installation, and hedge trimming. We provide outstanding customer service and professionalism with our clients. Efficiency and quality are both important. We ask all employees to be on task and focused, but you will never be pushed to work too fast, or to do below average work just to get things done under a certain time. Right now our base pay rate is around $18 per hour, and with our pay-for-performance system, pay rates for a Lawn Care Specialist can reach as high as $25-$30 per hour! What's next? Our next two hires will be people we look to train as crew leaders within 6 months, and as a Sales Associate or Operations Manager within one year. (But, if you just want to stick to snow removal and lawn care, and make a bunch of money as part of the team, rather than as a supervisor, that's OK too!)
