Property management company looking for part-time dependable, personable, and experienced handyman for small to medium maintenance projects. We strive to maintain the quality and maintenance of our buildings and need someone to be part of the team who takes pride in their work and will get the job done right the first time. We offer flexible schedule, competitive pay, employee or contractor status, and guaranteed minimum monthly hours. Examples of recent projects: • Door replacement • Basic deck repair • Touch up patching/painting • Window blind installation • Bathroom caulking • Minor landscaping Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as handyman, property manager, or general contractor • Wisconsin driver’s license with clean driving record • Own vehicle and tools (i.e. ladder, hinge router, saws, drills, etc.) • Insured or insurable • Able to lift 40+ pounds Our ideal applicant would have one or more of the following additional skills: • Basic electrical (replacing lights, fans, outlets, and/or switches) • Basic plumbing (replacing faucets, toilet valves, etc.) • Gutter cleaning • Trim, baseboard, cabinet, and/or flooring installation To apply, email Vision Properties with your resume and references.
