Zeus here. Driver/Lead Requirements: 1. SS card 2. Drivers license 3. Your own Transportation 4. No record of violent felonies or theft 5. Know how to work a tablet and cell phone 6. Be know how to safely operate a 26 ft box truck. 7. Know how to pad and wrap furniture 8. Know how to disassemble and reassemble furniture. 9. Knowledgeable of moving techniques and methods. 10. Not smoke on a job or curse 11. Be able to be on time (most days start at 7:30) 12. Clean and organize truck daily after each job. 13. Have a good attitude 14. Be able to take instructions and follow them to the letter. 15. BE ABLE TO OBTAIN Dot card within 2 weeks. (It’s $65) Starting pay is $18 an hour and will go to $19.50 within 2 weeks after you’ve displayed you can maintain all of the requirements. Pay rate will go up to $21 an hour after 45 days total of excellent performance. After 6 months with no infractions $25 an hour. Pay is weekly after one week in the hole. If you are working temp you can not get a raised unless you are on payroll. If you have no experience you can train for 2 weeks at $17 an hour after 2 weeks you will go up to $18. Assist crew with job functions Pay is $17 an hour and will go up to 18.50 after 2 weeks of excellent performance. After 45 days $19. All temp are paid daily upon completion of the job. If you break or damage a clients property due to negligence you are responsible for that cost and it will be deducted from the pay. There is a difference between negligence and a mistake. There is a zero tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use. If you are suspected of being high, smell like marijuana or appear to be intoxicated to any degree you will be terminated. Water will be provided daily. It is best to bring a lunch because you cannot leave a job site for lunch. Or you will have to stop in between points. I’m not really interested in babysitting so please be prepared to work. No whining no complaining. It’s hot. It’s not going to stop yet. I have work daily.
