Hey! My neighbor found a little fluffy dog out in keysville/hephzibah/blythe area. Looks like it's blind. You tell us what defining facial feature and what color it is, and its collar is and hey, awesome! Maybe it's your pup. Neighbor is taking this little fluffle to the vet tomorrow to check for a microchip.
