JOB DESCRIPTION Answer phone and e-mail inquiries, show and lease storage spaces, seek out new customers, sell locks, boxes, packing and moving supplies and provide superior sales and service and managing daily operations of the facility. This is a full time position working approximately 5 days a week. Flexibility of working days necessary. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide superior sales and service to our customers * Handle potential customer inquiries – show and lease spaces * Sell locks, boxes, packing and moving supplies * Make bank deposits and take certified mail to the post office * Light Maintenance JOB QUALIFICATIONS * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Excellent organizational skills * Outgoing personality * Able to work with minimal supervision; initiative * Own, reliable transportation a must * Valid drivers license and insurance * No experience necessary, we will train the right individual!
