Goodman's Technicians are provided with fully equipped trucks. Current Tech Averages $1,700 Per Week JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Residential Irrigation/Lighting Repair & Installation Experience - Valid Arizona Driver's License - Clean 39 month Motor Vehicle Record. This report can be obtained on line at www.servicearizona.com for $3 - Computer skills including experience and working in Microsoft Office (Outlook email) - Comfortable navigating Smart I-Phone and I-pad technology - Standard irrigation/lighting installation & repair equipment - Program various irrigation & lighting timers - Install and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems including, but not limited to, vacuum pressure breakers, valves, irrigation controllers - Install and repair professional grade low voltage lighting systems, including transformers - Basic knowledge of desert adapted plants & trees - Knowledge of north valley city streets including, but not limited to, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Peoria, Cave Creek - Organizational skills and ability to organize work orders to minimize drive time between jobs - Must be able to accurately invoice and collect payment at job site - Communicate professionally with customers, crews, supervisors and management - Estimate and write professional quality estimates - Accurately follow verbal and written instructions - Repair experience of misting systems is a PLUS - Repair experience of water features is a PLUS - Knowledge of the Program Service Autopilot is a PLUS JOB DUTIES: - Follow up with leads, qualify and set appointments - Call appointments the day before to re-confirm appointment - Efficiently troubleshoot and repair irrigation, lighting, misting system and water feature repairs - Perform regular inspections on existing client irrigation, lighting, misting system and water features to ensure everything is working properly - Prepare written recommendations & estimates for any upgrades or repairs needed - Collect payment for work at time of service - Turn in accurate and fully completed work orders for billing daily - Turn in accurate and complete time sheet daily - Other duties as assigned COMPENSATION: $20-$25 Hourly Plus COMMISSION - DOE HOW TO APPLY: Monday through Thursday 7 am to 3pm Friday 7 am to Noon at 2210 West Desert Cove Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85029, 602-861-1144 or e-mail your resume.
