Original owner passed away. I tried taking care of him but my house is too small and I have dogs that wouldn't work with him. He's living a very bad life at the moment and it's killing me to see it. I can provide lots of stuff that I inherited for the cat. He isn't super friendly, and his coat is matted right now, I'm trying to take care of him the best I am able to right now but I don't know anything about cats.
