At C-Serv, our goal is to Provide Painless Workplace Transformation Services to our customers. We need great people to help us do that. C-Serv is recruiting for our Work Orders Team. The Work Orders Team Lead oversees a team of 1-3 completing facilities related tasks for one of our customers and is based at their campus. Set Schedule: Monday – Friday Pay Range - $16-18/ hour Tasks Include (but are not limited to) : • Office furniture adjustments • Small office contents moves • Furniture key and lock replacements • Minor repairs • Dispose and recycle • Delivery of relocation supplies • Assist with space audits and inspections • Conference room audits • Excess furniture removal Requirements : • Customer Service Focused • Experience in a Lead role of a small team • Follows directions • Safety Focused • Quality Focused • Positive Attitude • Reliable Attendance • Valid Driver’s License for 3 years or more (Required) • Ability to pass drug screen & background verification (Required) • Ability to lift & move up to 50lbs repeatedly (Required) • Experienced using hand & power tools • Has Tools per our tool list within 1 week of starting • Experience driving 24’ box truck • Able to load & unload trucks • Education - HS Diploma or GED (Required) We are striving to build a team of individuals that reflect the following core values of our company: • Reliability: A C-Serv member must always be reliable in delivering services.
